- 2 pounds of small red potatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup of vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons of Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2: Place the quartered red potatoes in a 1-gallon-size Glad® Zipper Bag, add the vegetable oil, and seal the bag. Shake and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with oil.
Step 3: Sprinkle the Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix into the bag and give it another good toss until the potatoes are coated with the seasoning mix.
Step 4: Transfer the seasoned potatoes to an ungreased baking pan. Roast them in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until they turn a lovely shade of golden brown and achieve the desired crispiness.
